For some reason, this summer I'm crazy about fresh peas. I love the way they pop in my mouth. Even the flavor is better. I hated them as a kid but now I can't get enough of them. These peas are compliments of my bro-in-law Rudy who gave us a bag from their garden.
And cilantro...mmmmmmm...(even though this is from the store and not a garden), I love big chunks of it...in salsa, tacos, you name it. I love it.Fresh everything is so much better. It gives me a new appreciation for farmers and gardeners.

Fresh is definitely better! Once you have it, you can't go back! I'm sure you'll have a garden some day...

Yes, large chunks of cilantro are the best....unless it's from my garden where the littlest chunk is like a mountain of pitbulls biting at your taste buds
