Today is a great day! I received approval from the state and city to proceed with my etsy business! I'm so excited to be one huge step closer to selling.
There's more to having your own business than I thought - state and city requirements, how to charge and report sales tax, other taxes, etc., etc., so I'm learning as I go.
Now that I have my licenses, there are a few more things I need to take care of before I can start, like setting up a business bank and paypal account, setting up shop policies and shipping costs, setting up rates for state and local taxes in etsy, creating store policies, etc., but I'm getting closer.
I'm so excited and am truly grateful to have such a wonderful husband who loves and supports me and all my creative adventures!
