A few weeks ago my mom, sis Rachael and I spent a few hours downtown seeing the sites and eating the eats.
I miss Rachael! It was so fun to spend time with her.
We first went down to Pike Place Market
Across the street from the market, we passed Beechers and had to stop for a taste of their creamy cheese.
You may recognize the name - Beecher's Mac and Cheese is one of Oprah's Favorite Things
And if it's Oprah's favorite, it might as well be ours, right? We had to find out.
So we sat ourselves down on a milk jug and waited for our food
And as we waited, we watched.
Watched them make the cheese they're famous for.
And hello toasted cheesy sandwich
And of course, the meal wouldn't be complete without their Mac and Cheese
It was really good. And very cheesy. And very rich. And we all had stomach aches after eating what probably equated to like a pound of cheese each.
To distract ourselves from our aching cheesed-out stomaches, we stopped in a darling little French boutique up the hill.
And then it began to get crazy.
I think all that cheese went to our heads.

we stopped in that market the last time we were down there, but the line was sooo long that we didnt get anything. i wanted the mac and cheese so bad!!
Holy moly! That sandwich and Mac/cheese look SO good! Now I have a craving for it. Looks like everyone had a great time!
