Repurposing: sew an apron from a tablecloth

Back in October I bought a $2.00 polyester tablecloth at Ross and turned it into an apron. I'm still crazy about refashioning / repurposing / recycling / upcycling - whatever you call it, I like it.

So here's how it started....

And here's where it ended...
Not too shabby.
I like how it turned out.
I didn't use a pattern, I just referred to an apron I already had and went from there.

I decided to start a blog specifically for my sewing obsession called:
Shannon Sews

I've been slow at posting my projects but am working on it.
I'll still post a snip of my projects here, but for details you can visit my new sewing blog.

Shannon, I LOVE it!!! The bow is what makes it so cute! Not shabby at all, and very chic! You are just multi-talented!
