It's a hit

I used my new bubble umbrella at school today and was VERY popular.

Everyone wanted to touch it, stand under it, look through it...pretty much snatch it out of my hands and have it for their very own. I have to admit it was pretty fun to use it for the first time (I guess I won't be returning it and will have to be happy with a silver handle). It was only drizzling though so I'm ready to use it in a down pour.

On another note, I had a moment of personal humiliation. We had breakfast burritos for the snack this afternoon (they let staff have the snack too). Since Rod and I had left to drive down early today, I'll admit I was hungry.

One of the staff was on her break during the snack so we saved her burrito. When she returned she said she didn't want it so I headed to the garbage to throw it away. Let's just say it never made it to the garbage. And yes, I was looking over my shoulder to see if anyone saw. Not a proud moment. I'm a burrito binger.
