We have 26 cans of V8.
And it was soon discovered that neither of us like V8.
It was a Costco run gone bad.
So what do we do with those 26 cans of V8?
I certainly can't stomach drinking it. I tried it. Even cold. Even adding sweet things to make it taste like V8 fusion maybe? Anything other than what it is. Uhhhhqk. Even the thought makes me shudder. Can't do it.
So I decided that since they don't expire until June 2011, I'll cook with them and hope the dishes taste nothing like the actual drink.
I found this link to V8 recipes, and the pictures look good enough, so I'll let you know how it goes...and if we survive!

Your Twilight trip looked so fun, Forks must be loving all of it.
Best of luck with your family. I don't know if you are looking into adoption, but my sister and I were both adopted and it was a great blessing in everyone's lives.
Ditto....I hadn't seen any posts, so I jumped on over and was SO thrilled to see all your posts and catch up!
