Last Thursday it started whirling again and has been getting a little worse every day. Ugh. Today it's starting to make me feel sick to my stomache. Get off the boat! This morning I did the exercises the doctor gave me that actually makes the spinning worse and then it's supposed to get better. The instructions state not to rotate your head rapidly, stoop over, or lift heavy objects for the next 5 days after the exercises. Well, for me I guess it also means - don't look up or down, and don't lay your head back or turn it to the side - ever.
Hmmmmmmm...
Hmmmmmmm...
Even the slightest movement seems to set it off. It's amazing how often you turn your head or look up and down in one day...and then there's trying to lay down in bed or roll over. Uh no. Anywho, I'm taking it slooooow and hopefully it will go away. Who knows, maybe I'm secretly training to work at the tea cups ride at Disneyland?!

I hope you get over this soon and have a good day! Would a neck brace help? I have one....don't ask why.
That stuff is really nasty. My mom has it! I hope you get better soon!!!! Good excuse for heavy drugs and naps! :O)
sorry shannon :(
You should work at the tea cups! If you're going to be dizzy, you may as well be in the happiest place on earth. Well, that music might make you crazy though... something to think about. A huge thunderstorm is on it's way in about t-15 minutes. 60 mph winds, quarter size hail...wish you were here to enjoy!
I really do hope you feel better, and soon.
That is some serious vertigo. Seriously, the teacups at Disneyland would put me out for a week. I hope you are feeling better soon!
