Hooray! The shot was a success thanks to my new friend - the ice pack. I guess I thought I was tougher than needing ice, but why be tough when it's so much easier not to be?!
I iced the area for about 3 minutes before Rod gave me the shot (yes, I thought about doing it myself...all day in fact...but just couldn't do it). Anywho, all I felt was a little pain and pressure, but nothing like it was yesterday. Rod said it was still a little tough going in, but he did a fabulous job remaining calm and taking care of bidness.
Ice is my new best friend. :)
I couldn't resist one more cartoon. I don't know why I'm suddenly obsessed.

Shot 'on the rocks'...coming right up! Love your pics...they lighten up the day! Kudos to your sweet hubby, who I am sure does not want to cause you any pain!
